The goal of RCD is to present research of global significance spanning the entire spectrum of resilience

The Resilient Construction and Design (RCD) journal is a quarterly journal which is dedicated to the publication of original and peer-reviewed papers relating to the mechanics of solids and structures. This influential publication covers a broad area of civil and mechanical engineering activities associated with the classical problems of structural analysis to mechanics of solids, numerical, and experimental methods in the study of advanced materials and structures, constructional methods of structures, along with reviews and analyses of papers in the fields of material sciences, structural mechanics, seismic design, resiliency in structural and mechanical engineering, fracture mechanics, optimization and optimum design methods, constructional methods and mathematical modelling.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
